AccFlex ERP Human Resources (HR) Software cycle is based on five main menus and a group of screens is listed under each menu as follows (Settings menu- Human Resources menu- Employee Accounts menu- Human Resources Reports menu- Employee Accounts Reports menu) and will be covered as follows

First, Settings Menu

It is the menu through where the company’s basic data is entered and the software is defined to the company’s business policies and it is divided into several screens

1- General Settings screen

Through this screen, all the basic data and information of the company and employees are entered such as (Company Name- Phone Number- Address- Email- ....) and whether the company follows the shift work or not, and also through it is entered the accounts of (Employee Payroll- Advances- Bonuses- Tax Policy- Social Insurances- Deductions....), as well as adding currencies, it is characterized by the software that the employee's payroll can be calculated in more than one currency, and through this screen, the banks are added to which employees payroll  will be transferred, and the software is defined to the educational qualifications of the employee (Associate degree- High qualified- High School Diploma- Bachelor's degree- Master's degree....), as well as the software is defined to the required employment documents (Criminal Status Record- Labor Office Notice- Educational Certificate- Birth Certificate ....), and from the Designation field, the software is defined to the jobs in the company (Driver- Technical Support Officer- Accountant- Engineer ....) as well as entering the types of bonuses and adding the income categories of employee (Basic Salary- Subsistence Allowance- Transportation Allowance- Housing Allowance.....) as well as entering the mobile networks if the company is purchasing SIM cards for employee and charging them, as well as adding nationalities if the company is multinational and has more than one nationality.

2- User screen

Through the User screen, each user's authorizations are set whether (input, edit, delete, add...) and can create a user and granted it all the authorizations by setting it a "System Manager ".

3- Employee Schedule screen

Through the Employee Schedule screen, the company's working hours are entered, whether they are fixed work schedules from (9 am to 5 pm) from Sunday to Thursday, or shift work schedules (Morning Shift from 9 pm to 5 pm and Evening Shift from 9 pm to 12 pm), and the software allows you to assign each shift to its employee to implement time and attendance management policies to them.

4- Overtime Policies screen

Through this screen, the company's overtime policy is entered by calculating the overtime hour worked as hourly pay rate 150%, for example, or as a regular pay rate or for a certain amount, more than one overtime policy can be entered and each policy can be assigned to its employee.

5- Absence Policies screen

Through this screen, the company's absence policy set and the amount or deduction rate of the employee's salary if this policy is achieved as deducting one day's salary in the case that the employee absence without leave or two days deduction if the time-off balance is exceeded and so on, the software automatically applies this policy through the biometric time and attendance data.

6- Late Arrivals Policies screen

Through this screen, late arrivals policies are set by setting a certain number of minutes for the late arrivals if it exceeds the deduction policy is applied and the late arrivals policy is set according to the company's business and the software automatically applies this policy through the biometric time and attendance data.

7- Early Departure policies screen

Through this screen, early departure policies of employees are set if the employee leaves early behind schedule a deduction policy (1) is applied, according to the company policies, and the software automatically applies this policy through the biometric time and attendance data.

8- End-of-Service Policies screen

End-of-service policies differ from one country to another, and given that AccFlex ERP Human Resources (HR) Software operates in more than one Arab country, it allows you the ability to enter the company's end-of-service policy as calculating half-month wage for each year the employee works for the first five years and a month wage for each year that the employee works after five years and so on, the software allows each company to add its end-of-service policy, and when the employee has completed his/her clearance procedures, the software automatically calculates the end of service gratuity due to the employee.

9- Working on public holidays Policies screen 

The working on public holidays policies differ from company to another, as there are companies that give the employee a replacement day of the working day on public holidays, other companies are applying the overtime pay policy for public holidays as a percentage of the daily basic pay or for a certain amount, so that the software allows you to freely apply the company's policy, once the policy is selected and linked to an employee, the software automatically calculates and the overtime pay and added to the monthly salary due to the employee or applies the workday posting the policy on the public holiday of the employee's time-off balance.

10- Agenda
